About the role

As a Partner you provide firm leadership. You own the most complex client relationships, shape the firm's direction, lead business development at scale and act as the ultimate guarantor of our delivery and reputation. You build the firm, its people and its standards.

What you'll do

• Provide firm leadership and strategic judgment at the highest tier.
• Own the most complex, highest-stakes client relationships and outcomes.
• Set and drive the firm's direction, standards and growth agenda.
• Lead business development at scale — originating, shaping and closing major work.
• Act as the ultimate guarantor of delivery excellence and the firm's reputation.
• Mentor directors and build the next generation of firm leaders.
• Represent Renascence externally through thought leadership, partnerships and market presence.

• A distinguished record of client impact and commercial leadership in consulting.
• Established senior relationships and the ability to win significant work.
• Strategic judgement trusted by boards and executive teams.
• A builder's mindset for the firm, its people and its standards.
• Typically 13+ years, including practice or P&L leadership.

Working arrangement

This is a contract engagement based in Dubai, worked on a hybrid basis — a blend of on-site collaboration and remote focus time, structured around project delivery rather than a fixed schedule.

How we assess

Every applicant completes our PURE assessment (Tier 4). Stage 1 covers Critical Thinking, Program Management, Situational Judgment Strategic, Presentation Skills and Problem Solving Strategic; Stage 2 builds a character profile across nine traits; Stage 3 is a short final conversation. It's fair, job-relevant and the same for everyone.
