What you're about to read.

This is not a book about KPIs, frameworks, or case studies. It's about character — and the courage it takes to consult like your name is on the door.

Consulting, as we know it, is stuck. Safe. Respectful. Processed. Burn the Deckis a rallying cry for the consultant who never quite fit the mold — the one who looked at the “right way” and thought, sure, but what if there’s a better way?

This is not a manual. It’s a manifesto.

It comes in two movements. Part One — The Vices names the nine quiet killers of spirit and excellence: fear, conformity, cynicism, and the rest of the deck we must burn before we can build. Part Two — The Virtuesforges the ten traits of the bold consultant — courage, vision, curiosity, candour, boldness — and closes with the Renascence Oath.
