Early consulting role; reasoning breadth plus applied problem structuring.
What you'll do
- Own discrete workstream tasks end-to-end with light supervision.
- Structure problems, analyse data and draft client-ready materials.
- Contribute to workshops and synthesise findings into recommendations.
How we assess
Every applicant completes our PURE assessment (Tier 1). Stage 1 covers Critical Thinking, Verbal Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, Problem Solving and Working with Data; Stage 2 builds a character profile across nine traits; Stage 3 is a short final conversation. It's fair, job-relevant and the same for everyone.
