Vanchura. Wireframe Design for Enhanced Broker and Customer Engagement

Developed over 900 wireframes for Vanchura’s broker portal and customer-facing website, focusing on intuitive navigation and seamless digital interactions. These wireframes support brokers, streamline customer journeys, and align with Vanchura’s vision for a scalable and user-friendly digital experience.

The 900+ wireframes delivered to Vanchura gave the company a clear, validated blueprint for both its broker portal and customer-facing website — two platforms that had previously existed only as ambitions. Broker workflows across 18 operational categories were mapped and structured, reducing the ambiguity that typically slows developer handoffs. The customer journey across 25 website categories was designed end-to-end, from property discovery through to move-in, giving Vanchura a launch-ready digital experience grounded in real user logic rather than assumption.

02 — The Challenge

Where they started.

Vanchura, a UAE real estate developer, was preparing to launch two interconnected digital platforms — a broker portal and a customer website — without an existing UX foundation to build from. Brokers needed structured tools to manage registrations, commissions, training, and communications, while customers required a clear, low-friction path from property search to transaction completion. With no prior wireframe library and a complex dual-audience requirement, Vanchura needed a partner who could translate business intent into structured, scalable digital blueprints — fast and without ambiguity.

03What We Did

The work.

01

Stakeholder Discovery & Vision Alignment

Renascence conducted more than 20 internal sessions with Vanchura's leadership and operational teams to surface business goals, broker pain points, and customer expectations. These sessions anchored every design decision in real organisational context rather than generic UX convention.

02

Audience Segmentation & Journey Mapping

Two distinct user groups — brokers and end customers — were mapped separately, with their respective jobs-to-be-done, friction points, and decision moments identified. This segmentation ensured that neither audience's experience was compromised by designing for a single generic user.

03

Category Architecture & Scope Definition

Eighteen broker portal categories and 25 website categories were defined and prioritised before a single wireframe was drawn. This structural layer prevented scope creep and gave the development team a clear taxonomy to build against.

04

Iterative Wireframe Development

Over 400 broker portal wireframes and more than 500 website wireframes were produced in iterative cycles, with each batch reviewed against the agreed category architecture and stakeholder feedback. Iteration was built into the process — not bolted on at the end.

05

Scalability & Handoff Readiness

Every wireframe was designed with future growth in mind, using modular patterns that allow new features and categories to be added without restructuring existing flows. Handoff documentation ensured the development team could act on the wireframes without requiring ongoing UX interpretation.

04 — Approach & Methodology

How we got there.

Renascence opened the engagement with a structured discovery phase — a series of workshops with Vanchura's cross-functional stakeholders designed to surface the business logic, broker operational realities, and customer expectations that would need to be encoded into the wireframes. Rather than beginning with screens, we began with questions: what does a broker actually need to do on day one? Where does a customer lose confidence during a property search? These sessions produced the insight layer that separated considered design from guesswork.

With discovery complete, we moved into architecture — defining the 18 broker portal categories and 25 website categories that would form the structural backbone of both platforms. This taxonomy work is often skipped in favour of jumping straight to screens; we treat it as the most consequential step, because a poorly structured category architecture produces wireframes that look coherent in isolation but fail as a system. Only once the architecture was agreed did wireframe production begin.

Wireframes were developed in iterative batches, with broker portal and website streams running in parallel. Each batch was reviewed against the category architecture and tested against the user journeys mapped in discovery. Feedback from Vanchura's stakeholders was incorporated systematically — not as ad hoc revision requests, but as structured input that either validated or refined the design logic. This kept the process moving at pace without sacrificing coherence.

The final deliverable was not simply a file of 900+ screens. It was a scalable, modular wireframe library — designed so that Vanchura's development and design teams could extend it as the business grows, add new categories without restructuring existing flows, and hand it to any future agency or internal team without needing Renascence in the room to explain the thinking.

"Renascence brought structure to a project that could easily have become overwhelming. They asked the right questions before drawing a single screen, and the result was a wireframe library that our development team could actually build from — not just a collection of pretty layouts. The depth of coverage across both the broker portal and the website gave us real confidence going into development."
