About the role

As a Director you lead a portfolio of engagements and the managers and teams delivering them. You orchestrate large programs, design solutions at scale, own senior client relationships and drive the commercial health of your accounts. You set the standard others deliver to.

• Set the standard for delivery quality across your portfolio and step in where it is at risk.
• Drive business development — shaping proposals, pricing and new opportunities.
• Develop managers into strong leaders and contribute to the firm's capability and IP.
• Balance competing priorities and resourcing across concurrent engagements.

What you'll bring

• A track record leading multiple engagements or a large program to outcome.
• Strong commercial ownership — pipeline, proposals and account growth.
• Senior-stakeholder credibility with C-suite and equivalent.
• Excellent leadership, judgement and the ability to design at scale.
• Typically 9-13 years of relevant experience.

Working arrangement

This is a contract engagement based in Dubai, worked on a hybrid basis — a blend of on-site collaboration and remote focus time, structured around project delivery rather than a fixed schedule.

Every applicant completes our PURE assessment (Tier 3). Stage 1 covers Critical Thinking, Program Management, Design Thinking, Presentation Skills and Problem Solving; Stage 2 builds a character profile across nine traits; Stage 3 is a short final conversation.
