About the role

As a Consultant you lead the problem-solving on client engagements. You take an ambiguous business question, break it down, drive the analysis, and build the recommendation the client acts on — then present it with clarity and conviction. You own a workstream and you set the standard for the people supporting it.

What you'll do

• Lead problem-solving on client engagements — from diagnosis and hypothesis through to a defensible recommendation.
• Break open-ended business problems into a clear structure and drive the analysis that resolves them.
• Own significant parts of the client deliverable, including the narrative and the logic connecting evidence to advice.
• Interpret quantitative and qualitative data, reconcile conflicting inputs and reach a clear point of view.
• Present analysis and recommendations directly to clients with clarity and confidence.
• Run your own workstream: scope, plan, sequence the work and keep the manager informed of risks.
• Coach associates and junior consultants on method and quality.

What you'll bring

• Sharp critical thinking and the ability to reason cleanly under ambiguity.
• A track record of turning messy problems into structured, evidence-based answers.
• Strong communication and slide-writing; you make complex things land simply.
• Fluency with data and the judgement to know which analysis matters.
• Typically 2-4 years in consulting or a comparably analytical role.

Working arrangement

This is a contract engagement based in Dubai, worked on a hybrid basis — a blend of on-site collaboration and remote focus time, structured around project delivery rather than a fixed schedule.

How we assess

Every applicant completes our PURE assessment (Tier 2). Stage 1 covers Critical Thinking, Abstract Reasoning, Problem Solving, Working with Data and Presentation Skills; Stage 2 builds a character profile across nine traits; Stage 3 is a short final conversation.
