What you'll do

• Support consultants on client delivery — research, analysis and clean, accurate deliverables.
• Follow structured methods and multi-step instructions with precision under deadline.
• Turn raw inputs into clear notes, decks and trackers the team can rely on.

How we assess

Every applicant completes our PURE assessment (Tier 1). Stage 1 covers Attention to Detail, Understanding Instructions, Verbal Reasoning, Working with Data and Problem Solving; Stage 2 builds a character profile across nine traits; Stage 3 is a short final conversation. It's fair, job-relevant and the same for everyone.
