01 — Overview

What is feedback management?

Feedback management is the systematic capture, analysis and resolution of feedback from customers and employees — making sure every signal reaches someone who can act on it.

We design the processes, ownership and technology that turn feedback from a reporting exercise into a closed-loop system that visibly improves the experience.

Feedback only creates value when it changes something — most organizations leak most of theirs.

02What's Included

What a feedback management engagement delivers

Six building blocks that turn scattered signals into a closed-loop system — with clear ownership, visible action, and a process your teams will actually use.

A clear model for what you ask, where and why.

Channels and workflows that get feedback to the right owner.

Resolution loops that show customers their voice mattered.

Turning volume into clear, prioritized themes and actions.

The platforms and governance that keep the engine running.

07 — Why It Matters

Why feedback management matters.

Customers and employees give feedback expecting something to change. When nothing visibly does, they stop bothering — and you lose your early-warning system.

A disciplined feedback engine routes every signal to an owner, resolves it, and lets the person know they were heard. That simple loop builds trust and a steady stream of improvement ideas.

We connect customer and employee feedback so you see the full picture and act on it systematically, not sporadically.

08FAQ

Feedback Management: Frequently Asked Questions

It is the systematic capture, analysis and resolution of customer and employee feedback, ensuring every signal reaches an owner who can act and close the loop.

VOC is the broader strategic practice of understanding customer expectations; feedback management is the operational engine that captures, routes and resolves individual feedback at scale.

Closing the loop — telling people their feedback led to action — builds trust and keeps participation high, while unacknowledged feedback dries up.

Yes. We connect customer and employee feedback into one view, since the two are deeply linked.

Feedback management is the systematic process of capturing, routing, analysing and closing the loop on signals from customers and employees. It matters because unresolved feedback erodes trust — people stop sharing when they see nothing change, removing your most reliable early-warning system for experience failures.

A survey or NPS score is a data-collection tool. Feedback management is the operating system around it: who owns each signal, how it is routed, what action is triggered, and how the person who gave feedback is told it made a difference. Without that system, scores accumulate but experiences don't improve.

A functional closed-loop process — with clear ownership, routing logic and a resolution workflow — can be operational in six to ten weeks. Embedding it as a cultural habit, with consistent follow-through across teams, typically takes one to two quarters depending on your organisation's size and current maturity.

Not necessarily. Many organisations already have the tools; what they lack is the process and ownership structure to use them systematically. We assess what you have, identify genuine gaps, and recommend technology only where it solves a specific routing or analysis problem — not as a default answer.

Because the two are causally linked. Employees who flag process failures or resource gaps are often describing the same problems your customers experience downstream. Treating them separately means acting on symptoms rather than root causes. A unified view lets you fix things once and see the effect on both audiences.

The clearest signal is loop-closure rate — the proportion of feedback items that receive a documented resolution and a response to the person who raised them. Secondary indicators include a rise in voluntary feedback volume over time (people share more when they believe it matters) and a measurable reduction in repeat complaints on resolved issues.
