Consulting
Associate
Entry delivery role; accuracy, comprehension and instruction-following under supervision.
About the role
As an Associate you are the engine room of our client work. You sit alongside consultants on live engagements, doing the research, analysis and preparation that everything else is built on — and you do it accurately, on time and to a standard a client would happily see. It is the best possible place to learn how top-tier experience consulting is actually done.
What you'll do
- Support consultants across live client engagements — desk research, data gathering and first-pass analysis that stands up to scrutiny.
- Produce clean, accurate deliverables: research summaries, meeting notes, slides, trackers and simple models, formatted to the firm's standard.
- Follow structured methods and multi-step instructions precisely, flagging ambiguity early rather than guessing.
- Turn raw inputs — interviews, spreadsheets, documents — into organised, well-labelled material the team can build on.
- Keep project trackers, action logs and version control tidy so nothing slips between working sessions.
- Quality-check your own work for errors, inconsistencies and broken logic before it reaches a senior reviewer.
- Juggle several parallel requests and hit deadlines without needing to be chased.
What you'll bring
- Exceptional attention to detail and a low tolerance for sloppy work.
- Strong reading comprehension — you absorb a brief and act on it correctly the first time.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and slide software, and the ability to pick up new tools quickly.
- Clear written English and the discipline to follow a set format and style.
- A proactive, dependable attitude under deadline pressure.
Working arrangement
This is a contract engagement based in Dubai, worked on a hybrid basis — a blend of on-site collaboration and remote focus time, structured around project delivery rather than a fixed schedule.
How we assess
Every applicant completes our PURE assessment (Tier 1). Stage 1 covers Attention to Detail, Understanding Instructions, Verbal Reasoning, Working with Data and Problem Solving; Stage 2 builds a character profile across nine traits; Stage 3 is a short final conversation. It's fair, job-relevant and the same for everyone.
Who thrives here
People who are rigorous, curious and genuinely care about the experience they create for customers and colleagues.
