CX Signals
CX Signals measures media signal around customer experience — a five-pillar composite index distilled from a continuously ingested news corpus across the GCC and beyond.
CX Signal Index leaderboard
Bar length encodes the selected measure. Momentum is always the brand’s own baseline, independent of how the table is sorted.
This measures media signal, not customer experience. A high index means a brand is visible, credibly covered and active — not that its customers are happy. How this is calculated
Attention vs. delivery
Momentum against earned ratio. Dot area is coverage volume. Broadcasters are loud but announcement-led; quiet performers are the inverse.
Movers
Largest 30-day moves against each brand’s own baseline, in both directions.

Source-tier composition
Tier weighting is applied before any aggregation, so a syndicated release cannot inflate reach.

|---|---|---|---|
| T1 | International wire and record titles | 0.8% | 1.00 |
| T2 | National business and news titles | 4.0% | 0.80 |
| T3 | Trade and sector press | 92.3% | 0.60 |
| T4 | Syndicated and republished releases | 3.0% | 0.25 |
| T5 | Owned, sponsored and listing pages | 0.0% | 0.10 |
