Aslan Patov
Founder & CEO
Aslan has founded Renascence in 2019. He is the author of a Customer Experience framework, Customer Experience coach, speaker, choice architect & advocate of behavioral science. Helping brands bring clarity into processes, environments & decisions.

Years of behavioral research in Geometry Global & Ogilvy in London and Dubai offices pushed him to re-think the way customers needs & experiences are approached. It became fundamental in establishing Renascence and successfully engaging with the region's leading brands like Emaar, Meraas, Dubai Properties, Chalhoub Group & others. He has depth in Real Estate, Financial Services, and other industries.

  • Stephanie Assio
    Director
    Stephanie is an innovation management and user experience specialist who strives to build more effective business models, long-term strategies, and organizational structures. She is able to look at complex challenges systematically and implement informed solutions for clients.

    Her career has focused on creating social impact and challenging the status quo within education, health, and urban communities. With Renascence, she has led four customer experience or digital transformation initiatives within the real estate industry, helping clients transform their businesses and stay ahead of the curve. She also supported in more than two CX vision and strategy engagements.
  • Karina Tatarshao
    HR Manager
    Karina is an experienced recruitment and Human Resources specialist in the recruitment of permanent staff with a proven record of handling various projects at all levels. She is highly organized and has the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.

    Being an Event Manager at Expo 2020 Dubai and a professional actress Karina brings organizational and administrative skills into recruiting and atmosphere supporting within a Renascence team along with a deep understanding of employees’ needs and process improvement.

    Manager, Accounting & Operations
    Stella is a highly skilled and versatile professional with a range of experiences across various roles in industries like Safety Testing, Galvanizing, FMCG, etc.

    She has over 15 years of experience in HR, Admin, and accounting. She is a combination of a positive, happy, and motivated employee. She is engaged in her work, has drive, and takes pride in her contributions to our company.

    She is also resilient, collaborative, and innovative in her approach to her work. Her ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously is a valuable asset for Renascence.
  • Barbara Kardos
    Manager
    Barbara obtained her masters in business analytics. Her passion for customer experience however, comes from her hospitality background where she developed a strong sense of customer centric mindset. Besides leveraging her strong interpersonal skills, she focuses on the implementation of data-driven solutions and follows design-thinking practices to improve service experience and customer journeys.

    Barbara gained her hospitality experience with the industry leading Marriott International, where she aided hotels’ digital transformation and automation. She has delivered service-driven mystery shopping projects across various international brands including Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Carolina Herrera, Swarovski, Lacoste, Faces. In her latest endeavors, Barbara’s focus has been leading customer-centric change across Al Ghurair Group.
  • Noor Abdelhafez
    Head of Mystery
    Noor is a project manager and an integral member of the Renascence team. Prior to joining Renascence Marketing Management, she was the lead Account Manager for a public relations firm, where she was the focal point for various major clients in different expertise areas.

    Noor's long experience in managing clients & media partners combined with her strategic approach to executing marketing & PR campaigns enabled her to become an expert in mapping the customer needs & journey, to cater for the overall strategic objectives for clients.

    Marketing Manager
    Polina Vodopianova is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in social media management, public relations, and marketing. She has worked on various high-profile projects and events, including Expo 2020, Emaar, Dubai Opera, and Coca-Cola Arena.

    Polina is well-versed in creating and executing effective marketing and PR strategies. She has a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and a talent for crafting compelling messages that resonate with target audiences.

  • Lisa-April Naidoo
    Senior Behavioural Consultant
    Lisa-April is an experienced behavioral economics consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. Skilled in assisting clients identify key behavioral biases that affect decision-making.

    During her studies, behavioral psychology and social psychology had the biggest impact on her. This prompted her to investigate fields of work that utilise these concepts. Upon completing her behavioral economics internship at one of the biggest financial service providers in South Africa, Lisa-April knew that finding creative solutions to behavioral challenges excited her most. Lisa-April has strong background in financial services and has worked with Standard Bank South Africa, and Old Mutual South Africa to name a few.
  • Lerato Mantshiu
    Consultant
    Lerato is a seasoned consultant with a strong research background obtained from both her academic and professional experiences. Her true passion lies in socio-economic development, as she believes that this should be the focal point of any business and thus economic development. It is at the back of this that she joined Renascence to further investigate ways in which businesses can remain buoyant through being customer centric.

    Her professional exposure from Macroeconomic research, FMCG market research, Telecommunications consultancy to e-Hailing operations management enables her to provide sound consultancy and professional stakeholder management.
  • Anagiel Guevarra
    Consultant
    Anagiel is a Research Consultant in the Renascence team. Prior to becoming a consultant in the CX management industry, she was a consultant in the financial trading industry - developing strategies for foreign exchange, stocks, and cryptocurrency trading.

    Along with her personal advocacy to encourage people to incorporate empathy in their decision-making process, her skills cultivated around research and quantitative analysis from her previous background allows her to derive data-driven insights and better understand customer needs.
  • Ruba Al Hakeem
    Consultant
    Ruba is an independent and self-motivated Business Analytics graduate with proven skills in marketing and data analysis. An effective team player who loves to seek out new challenges and is always eager to learn.

    Prior to becoming a CX consultant, Ruba worked as a graduate research assistant handling a research project related to data analytics tools and business ethics, enhancing her skills in research and data analysis. She is also a Monitoring & Evaluation volunteer at the Norwegian Refugee Council in Beirut, Lebanon.
  • Abdulaziz Abdulfattah
    Junior Consultant
    Aziz is a Junior Consultant who is passionate about finding improvements when it comes to anything that is already great or needs to become great.

    Prior to joining Renascence Aziz interned at Ferrero and Mindshare in order to understand the environment of both spectrums of businesses. One that supports clients and one that is the client themselves. This gave him an insight on how to approach people and challenges.

    Some of the brands he worked with are Henkel, Fine, Bupa, Sanofi, Haagen Dazs, Marico. Aldar, and Chalhoub.

    Junior Consultant
    Riwa is a results-driven Business Analytics graduate with a strong foundation in marketing and data analysis. She thrives on challenges and constantly seeks opportunities for self-improvement.

    Before transitioning to her current role as a Junior Consultant, Riwa worked as a Media Executive at Publicis Groupe, where she managed Nestle account and excelled in planning and executing successful offline and online social media campaigns. Riwa is proficient in key tools such as Microsoft, Python, R, Tableau, PowerBI, and Ads Manager, combined with her passion for data analytics and event planning, make her an ideal candidate for any business looking to drive success and growth.

    Junior Consultant
    Prashant is an enthusiastic Junior Consultant with a deep-seated passion for conducting comprehensive market research and analysis, especially when it comes to enhancing the excellence of established entities

    Before joining Renascence, Prashant gained invaluable experience in the dynamic realm of customer experience at Majid Al Futtaim and as an Assistant Buyer at Noon. This dual exposure allowed him to seamlessly navigate the diverse landscapes of retail and e-commerce, offering profound insights into effective people and challenge management strategies.

    Some of the brands he worked with are Carrefour, VOX Cinemas, Tilal Al Ghaf, Nike, Adidas, Puma, and McDonald's.
  • Milan Thomas
    Associate, Data Analytics
    Milan is a graduate in Business administration and Conducted qualitative and quantitative research work for various FMCG companies in India and parts of Middle East including Reckitt Benckiser, Perfetti Van Melle, and one of India’s largest conglomerates, Tata Group.

    She has also worked for advertising firms to assist them come up with the most eye catching and consumer involving advertisements.
